man, that's really cool to see footage without music or commentary or any of that other crap - it really gets down to what boxing is all about. it's cool to see the interaction between trainer and fighter and just the concentration that is involved with both of them. Pacmania is fast!

Pac even has his own sound effects, "pac, pac, boom, boom" when he hits the pad.

Like how Gordon Ramsey, i mean Roach pushes Pac away, which is kind of sweet. If only Roach moved a bit quicker on his feet he would be replicating Pacs opponents even better.

Anyone get a sense of how they might be implementing strategy during that mitt work? He seems to be throwing combination upstairs, ducking to avoid the counters, and then follow up with a shot to the body or upstairs while turning him. Maybe this is just a standard thing they do or maybe their working on something specific for Clottey, I don't know.

Good observation....To add. It seems that Roach wants Pac to move to his right while only moving to his left to cut off the ring.

I think that Clott only chance is to walk Pac down (backwards at a left angle) while jabbing and covering up and throwing power down the pike......easier said than done
