he doesnt stay in the shoulder roll defense for as long as people think.
as for your question. no i've never seen anyone try. i think zab fired a couple shots at his shoulder, but nothing consistent.

interesting thing is that another vulnerability to the shoulder roll defense is a long overhand right. its harder to deflect if it isnt slipped.
