I dont care about Xylocaine and you'll never find a post of me speaking about it, I'm sure every commission in boxing, every promoter, every fan, every fighter knows Floyd uses it, so if they want to do something about it go ahead. If a fighter can make a 10 million weight penalty request, then request a Xylocaine cut off day or something...
