Totally agree. Mayweather has brilliant offense, but he also understands the art of boxing: Hit and don't get hit. A shame that all his 'class' obviously went into his boxing and not his personality.

As he's moved up in weight, his workrate has decreased and he relies more on Defense, but he does his work all 12 rounds. Mayweather isn't a fighter that's either on the defensive or offensive, He hits guys with accurate, solid shots the whole fight, even while he's being defensive. I do agree that when Mayweather is challenged he fights back harder and when he puts shots together it's deadly.

              (1) He needs someone to push him to that point which normally bring the best out of him.
              (2) If he goes too offensive he would get hit alot more than usual which he doesnt want.

Basically I agree, Floyd can slug and trade when he wants to, and when he does, he is often better at it than his opponent. 40-0

Theres a reason why Flyod is called feather fisted.
Feather fisted means punches are like charmin toilet papers.. soft and fluffy, not design to hurt anyone. If you watch all of Flyods fight you see all his opponent smilling, like they just came from a good work out.'
