I wouldn't have him in the top 10 but I am such a big fan of his that I willl have to give you green K. Just cuz you think so highly of him...

By the way I really hope at the end of the year Mike Jones-Antwone Smith fight...

You could arguably put several different guys in the 8-10 slot but I like what I see from him still, point taken.

I think Mayweather would beat any welterweight H2H, but a victory over Marquez shouldn't be enough for a top spot. After Pac beats Clottey, I think he should be ranked the 1 welterweight, with the lineal champion being decided by Pac facing the Mayweather - Mosley winner.

I don't care about the Marquez fight. Floyd is clearly one of the best 3, but he doesn't deserve to be ranked for beating a LW. My top 5:

          Mosley
          Pac
          Berto
          Clottey
          Collazo

After that it's hard to say. Quintana hasn't done anything significant for a while. Cotto just got beat down by a JWW and is leaving WW to go to 154. Williams is a JMW or a MW. Cintron's been at JMW. Margarito got destroyed in his last fight and has been inactive. I know nothing about the guy who has the IBF title.

And I don't know why Berto gets so much hate while Mike Jones gets a pass from some people. Jones is 27, and the best "Welterweight" he ever fought was Henry Henry Bruseles. IMO, Berto won no less than 7 rounds vs Collazo, which seemed closer than it was on the scorecards due to Collazo's 10-8 round in the 4th.

Berto unlike Jones has a major world title and only won 4 rounds decisively at most against Collazo.

Honestly man, if anyone failed to decisively win rounds it was Collazo. Collazo didn't decisively win a round until the 4th, though I gave him the 3rd also. Berto actually did something in the two last rounds while Collazo did absolutely nothing. Unless you’re going to be like Lampley and give Collazo rounds he didn't deserve like the seventh, where Collazo had his hands down trying to be RJJ, but only got hit in the face, I don't see how you can say Collazo won that fight. There should be a difference between giving someone a tough fight, and beating them, even if you don't like the fighter.

Berto won these rounds and these only in any decisive manner

2,5,8,&12 all others either Collazo won or could have gone either way.

Even though it wasn't flashy Collazo's inside work seemed more effective than a quick arm punch combo that was thrown really fast and did no real damage.
