  • Floyd is from the USA and can hardly sell out an MGM Grand

Floyd is from the USA and can barely draw 17,000 for a fight at MGM Grand. Pacquiao is not from the USA and there will probably be in excess of 45,000 people in attendance at the Cowboy Stadium.

    Numbers don't lie.

The momentum is with Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather is having a hard time grasping this phenomenon.

How can you argue with logic as dumb as this?

I fail to be surprised at the crap I read on this site from day to day.

The funny thing is.... This dude has no clue why this argument is unbelievably ******ed or why I am even pointing this out to him.

he couldnt sell out in his hometown. he has to use his loathsome personality to sell tickets because what he does inside the ring doesnt do it.

his whole act outside the ring is a phony come on so you can spend your hard earned cash watching him run & pot shot all night.

You're right Mayweather can't draw, that's why his tune up fight only sold 1 million.

15,000 of the 17,000 tickets were sold within the first half hour. The fight is still 2 months away.

The Pac vs. Clottey fight still has 6,000 available tickets, and it's this upcoming weekend. Not extremely impressive considering Arum purchased around 30,000 of the tickets himself.

                Be gone.

                  who really cares?

Beside its obvious that Floyd is a draw... just look at how may threads are started about him. Floyd and Pac is pretty much every other thread.

Oh so a top 3 pound for pound fighter in Marquez is just a tune-up. Floyd always said that he'll have Mexico to back up JMM that's why Floyd picked him yet some posters here try to forget this fact.

Probably they call it a tune up since JMM was bloated up to 144 his first WW fight ever.
