they proclaimed it sold 20,000 in the 1st week.

if jerry jones bought 30,000 in the 1st few days then how the hell did they only sell 20,000?

i don't need to do a search. i saw that thread.

it wasn't an article. there was no link to an article.

it was just some dude posting. i can make a post right now that says pac-clottey sold 100k. doesn't mean it's true.

jerry jones is a businessman. you don't buy 30k out of 45k in the 1st few days.

        that's just ******.

he's trying to make a play for boxing in his venue. even if he does buy 30k for this fight , he wouldn't have done it at the beginning.

the fight sold 20k in the 1st few days. how the hell did it only sell 20k if SUPPOSEDLY jerry jones bought 30k?

you motherfuckers need to learn simple math.

if jerry jones bought 30k tickets for this fight to make it a sellout he wouldn't do it in the beginning. maybe the last week or so if he did.

Smack him with some cold hard fact.

There is no point in buying 30k tickets in the first week. None.
You lose revenue and potential ticket sales because of lack of availability.

The guys saying Jones bought 30k tickets are the same guys saying Pac is on A-side meth.

              That says it all.

What you and others consider the greatest PPV fighter that ever was and ever will be has only sold 11,000 tickets. I agree with you. What a joke this Pacquiao is!
you can't be that ****ing dumb.. no one has 30k friends and associates. he bought them to resell them. no idiot would buy that many tickets for an event like this.. that's like a million+ dollars gone down the drain.

                  it's common sense.

                  you're selling 45k you don't keep 30k for yourself.

if jerry jones buys 30k to give away or whatever he'll do it at the end just to make sure the place is filled.

i'm sure he kept a lot of good seats for his friends , business partners , associates , vip , etc.

but he ain't buying 30k off the bat when he's only sellin 45k.

btw..its not that big of a deal..but keeping it 100%..Arum made a statement that Jerry Jones bought up 30k tickets within the first few days...please do a search on NSB to read his statement..
I honestly thought it would sell-out by now with being held in Dallas..
it will still be be a great event for those attending im sure...
again.. no one would spend millions of dollars to just give out tickets. that's putting a dent in anyones wallet no matter how rich they are.
