...Texas Athletic Commision ruled they have no grounds to perform ANY steroids testing on Pacquiao or Clottey....so in perfect technicality Pacquiao WOULD be allowed to do all the HGH and EPO he wanted.......if thats the kinda stuff hes into

Floyds drug that has been using is only allowed in nevada but pac's drug are not banned to any state of the america and cannot be detected by any advance drug test available because it was a magical a-side meth.
