Besides don't forget he was willing to take blood tests 24 days and right after the fight, it's the cutoff they couldn't agree to.

The PED antimyostatin is cycled for 21 days then clears the blood in 24-48 hours. So, tests 24 days before and right after the fight are meaningless.

There isn't any other meaninful fight out there for Floyd, he needs Pacquiao to have one last mega fight. Pacquiao still has options.
