I will be shocked if Pacquiao can stop Clottey.

Like I think it was the 6th rd with Cotto, I thought the ref was going to stop it when Cotto was just throwing non stop for over a minute and Clottey did nothing but cover up.
Is that when he shook his head? I remember that. That was funny. But like I keep mentioning to everyone that will listen that when you watch the Cotto/Clottey fight you will notice that Clottey had a hard time catching Cotto when Cotto moved. He attempted to cut the ring off but ONE problem:

He uses a hugh gurad whuch blocks his vicion so in order to see were the hell his opponent went he has to drop his hands and Cotto was fast enough to shoot left hands on him. Pac will be moving the whole fight and is alot faster then Cotto. Hes knocking his ass out.

I usually reserve judgement about things like this until the weigh in,what I will say at this stage though,is that I have a gut feeling that Clottey is going to give Manny an uncomfortable night.

Nah, it was at a different point in the fight but the SMH moment was classic stuff.

Pacquiao can straight up crack, I mean how much more does he have to prove. One punch he's probably the the hardest puncher at WW who's name isn't Mosley. He can crack man, and it ain't no secret. Pacquiao got pop, straight up and down.

I seen an interview on YouTube where Clottey joking saying "I don't think he is on steroids....but if he beats me up and down then I will have to think about that" he said that as a joke laughingly but watch that joint happen for real. He gone get whooped

            Something off note:

Margarito arguably was loaded with Plaster and hit Clotey with everything but the kitchen sink and didnt stop him.

            I'll leave it at that.

Clottey is an eccentric character. I wouldnt read too much into that.

That was about 3 years ago. He has been struggling to make 147 ever since. All those weight-drains might catch up to him. Wasn't he about to take a fight at 154 recently?

Between you and me, I think people are saying this is an easy fight for Pac and that Pac will stop Clottey just to not give Pac any credit.

See is a win win for the haters. Pac stops Clottey, destroys him, puts him to sleep. Then Pac gets no credit because he fought a fighter who not that good and tailor made for Pac. However, if Pac does not stop Clottey, struggles with Clottey, has an ugly fight against Clottey, or goes life and death with Clottey. Then that means Pac is so overrated...

So either way is a win win situations for the haters.... But, shhhhhhh that is between you and me...

Margo ain't special man. He really isn't a one punch type of fighter and I definitely don't know but I'll be willing to bet he didn't start loading up until after he got sonned by Paul. Clottey was blocking everything so I don't read much into that, plus nobody ever argues Cotto has a granite chin and he sure was able to withstand some bombs from Margo before that plaster started to harden. I can't read much into the Margo fight, quite frankly i think the plaster pads only elevate him to a B-level fighter. Plaster or not, Cotto wouldn't have had to take that punishment if he fought the right type of fight

I know when he was going to fight Michael Rosales in January it was going to be at 147. Also there was talks of him fighing Mike Jones in the spring/summer and that fight was also going to be at 147.
