What's with all the Golota haters!?

All of you Golota haters make me nauseous. So what if he got KO'd in the first round? It can happen to anyone, especially in the Heavyweight division. Golota's comeback prior to this bout, was looking good, first against the slickest boxer in the division (a fight many thought he won) and then against one of the most unorthodox fighters in boxing. So maybe he picked the wrong opponent. Big deal. That doesn't mean he's trash. He could still beat many other ranked contenders with his style and power.
Should Golota retire now, boxing fans will remember him for his classic bouts with Bowe and Byrd, and also because he fought THE BEST this era had to offer (Lewis, Tyson, Bowe, Byrd) even if he came up short every time.

yea you can say this about golota.he was man enough to step into the ring with the best fighters they had to offer.alot of people can say this or that about him but you have to give the man props for stepping in with the best heavyweight champs and contenders of his time.

I am one of Golota's biggest supporters but unfortunately I have to call a spade a spade. Golota is mentally unstable to ever step in the ring again. How the **** can you allow yourself in a fight for your career to go into the ring dry and cold? Believe it or not I was confident that Golota would win this fight up until I saw the weigh in pics where he allowed himself to go up to 248 pounds. At that moment I began feeling uneasy about the outcome of the fight and seeing him in the lockerroom and heading into the ring dry I knew it would be over for him soon.

It was always possible that Golota could lose this fight. i myself predicted Brewster to win within 6 rounds.
Golota isn`t trash. The problem he had i think was throughout his career he has always been a slow starter. Brewster knew this and jumped on him ( the Micheal Grant fight being the exception ).
Golota will be remembered as a fighter whom had the skills but mentally wasn`t right to fight at the top level. Its not hating Golota, its just the cold hard truth!

And by that reasoning, you should finally admitt that Brewster is an A class heavyweight. And you know that. For one, you know he is cooler than Tyson....in your book Kimmy.

His: "Im a f-16, and these guys are B52's" was awesome. Better than Tysons little "Praise Alah" thing

golota is a skilled fighter and i would have liked to see him be sucessful, but he just cant get past the hump of winning a big fight or defeating a hard punching opponent....

I hate Tyson anyhow. Brewster i feel is better than today`s Tyson as Tyson is shot to pieces. He isn`t an A+ heavyweight but i think last night he earned a certain place in the top ten heavyweights.
I think the jury is still out on whether he is one of the best fighters in the division ( like top three etc ). Lets see if Brewster can keep it up. Lets not forget he almost lost against Klitscko and that guy in September. Losses to Stufford and Ettenine look bad too!

Right and Guru, SturmRules, Bad_Intentions, Torino and others have been pointing out his losses. Lets not forget his tools though. I agree with Bozo_no_no's thread on "Keeping it real" about Brewster....except I would have made the informative the other way around. "Keeping it real" meaning realizing what he is capable of. If anyone is to be underrated....It will always be him because of his lack of supposed credentials. If we have to have the Rodney Dangerfield discussion again I will do it.

                  LOL!
