                            Have you been asleep since Novembver 2009? Pacquiao beat Cotto and announced that he will be staying at Welterweight for now, fighting at 147. In a matter of days he's fighting Clottey at the Welterweight limit. When Roach made those comments, Pacquiao was virtually untested at Welterweight. But I will bet anything on it -- if Mosley fights Pacquiao it'll be 147.
