I am just messing around. I think is funny how the Puerto Rico-Mexico rivalry has died down as of now. But, the Puerto Rico-Cuba rivalry is in heating up due to Gamboa and Juanma

is a good rivalry and I like Juanma. I think he is the better fighter right now. He is more proven, 2 division titlest and has fought the better opponents between the two.

A lot of peple of Gamboa destroying Mtagwa while Juanma went life and death with him. And, one of the reasons why Juanma probably had such a hard time was that he was weak in making weight. He was really struggling. He was easily winning the fight until he faded late in the fight and I think he faded because he was weak from makking the weight. People also forget that Mtagwa is not the best Juanma has faced in his career. But, Mtagwa is arguably the best fighter Gamboa has faced so far. While Juanma has faced Penalosa, Ponce De Leon, and Luevano. All three are than Mtagwa. Also in the Mtagwa fight Juanma showed he has heart, he is tough, he showed he can survive. So Juanma has been through adversity and answered questions about himself that IMO Gamboa has yet to answer.

Now saying all that. I think if they fight right now. Gamboa will win. Just because I think he has the style to beat him. Gamboa does get reckless and leaves himself open when Juanma could stop him if he lands that left hook. But, I think Gamboa style will be just too much for Juanma. Even though that Juanma is the better proven fighter right now. Is just that styles makes fights.

Nice post, I agree, If they fight right now Gamboa wins. Just because he has tremendous speed and has great lateral movements. He throws his punches in angles too. Juanma does have a punchers chance tho, we still have to see if Gamboa can take Juanma's shots. But if they fight, I favor Gamboa.

Hmmmmm, this is a tough one. If Gamboa fights Chris John and wins and beats Juanma, he is my top guy. The guy is amazing. Rigondeaux is also special. The winner of Tim Bradley and Devon Alexander would be up there. Chad Dawson will not be beaten for a while and could be up there. The winner of the super six versus Lucian Bute could be the pound 4 pound king. What if Clottey beats Pac and then beats the winner of Mosley and Mayweather?
