also.....billing the fight as 'Thrilla in Manilla' and comparing it to Ali vs Frazier in the promotion would be a buzz killer cause there is no chance in hell the fight will live upto to the hype

Mayweather will never fight out of vegas because vegas is the only state that allows his injections for his brittle hands, one of the reasons besides the drugs test that the mayweather pac fight fell apart when bob arum started talking to jerry jones about the fight being in dallas

BTW...I have actually thought this for the longest, but Manny vs Valero should be the fight to happen in the phillipines. Only makes sense because Valero wont be able to fight in the US combined with the fact I feel Manny wants to put on a great performance in his home country.

I dont know about you guys but for me if it happens in the Philippines, I will fear for Mayweather's life. Filipinos will treat him honorably if he acts honorably as well. However, I doubt if Mayweather can do that. He'll be smashed if he disrespects the Filipino race, that I am sure of.

That's about the only thing that will guarantee FMJ's gonna be battered or worse annihilated.

Though I'm with No_Ceilings on staging this event as probably the sweetest, and more than that, the world knows how Filipinos are hospitable and respectful, man I can assure you they'll treat Mayweather like a king...only if he shuts up and be of nice kind words!
