They're called stipulations just like the Drug test.

The commission give all the full rights on the weights and gloves to both parties. Commission won't decide on that. Drug testing is already on the commission. They are in charge of that.

The commissions could give two ****s if they catch anyone cheating. They do urine tests the day of the fight, which basically means if you're ****** enough to come up to the day of the fight with dirty urine then you deserve to get caught. Mayweather was right for asking for more tests. That said, he should have fought Pacquiao without the additional tests and pointed out that he was fighting a fighter on PEDs because he'd beat Pacquiao even though Pacquiao is on PEDs.

weight draining to get the advantage over your opponent and asking for a fair fight through accurate random blood testing are 2 different things....

they are similar cause they are both terms in which the fighters can agree or disagree on.

someone who did not agree to something that is not required in boxing is not the one at fault if the fight doesn't go through.

if floyd really wanted to "clean up boxing" he should have petitioned to implement stricter testing for the whole boxing. not just one fight.

Have you even read the NSAC rule on testing? in a nutshell, a fighter has the right to ask for additional testing, if both parties agree.
And no, I would not want Floyd to drop the test, nor would I back him if he fought him without it.
I guess you dont know to much about PEDs, EPO is just too much, the guy just wont get tired and thats not fair at all

as ive said before, i would have loved for him to take the ****** tests. but he didn't have to.
