I'm actually getting some hints the fraud will retire before stepping on the ring with mosley...

The fraud might be banking or hoping a catastrophe will ensue in the states so he can have an excuse not to face mosley on May 1.

Thats why he proposed a rematch clause if he loses. It's his insurance if there is no such catastrophe to stop the fight.
