diff weight class, mosley hasn't been under 147 since 1999

Mosley never fought at 140. He went straight from 135 to 147, possibly with with the help of HGH. But yes it would be a great fight, seeing how Tszyu beat Forrest in the amateurs and and Forrest beat Mosley twice in the amateurs and twice in the pros.

Two major reasons, Tszyu fought at 140 and didn't bring much money to the table so Mosley skipped over it to go to 147. Also, Tszyu had an exclusive deal with Showtime and Mosley eventually signed with HBO.

Mosley never really fought anybody until he beat DLH and after that he really only fought the most profitable fights rather than the high risk, low reward type fights. Tszyu was the later and just a hard fight to make, in general.
