Yeah thats a garbage win over a guy who's only real losses were to Cotto a top ww and Hatton who even though recently fell off is/was still a good fighter.

Malignaggi is a top 10 ranked fighter in the division and he's coming off of a win over Diaz. It's even arguable that he's coming off of two wins over Diaz.

Although he doesn't have power, he has speed and the ability to out-box Khan.
