He skipped the "random drug testing" because it ISN'T REQUIRED BY THE STATE. I mean I don't know how many freaking times this has to be repeated. Mayweather DOESN'T DICTATE WHERE AND WHEN AND HOW PEOPLE TEST IN BOXING.

A 10,000,000 dollar weight penalty on a WW limit fight is not required by NSAC either.Both fighters had a request (which is normal in negotiations),but one of them didn't want the trade off-simple as....if Manny wants the fight,he will have to take the same tests as Shane is.

if paquiao will agree to a blood test the money split will be the problem beacuse for sure mayweather will ask more than 50-50, and paquiao wouldnt agree less

Didnt he just say he'd do a winner take all? Obviously the money dont matter. So take the test, 60/40 and try not to get beat too bad.

If Floyd get past against Mosley,then hopefully Pacman is next.Floyd got tagged several times by Marquez.Mosley is a lot faster than Marquez & hit a lot stronger.Floyd is not the same fighter.His reflex has diminished like Roy Jones.Mosley is very hungry & he knew if he wins,Pacman is next.

You watch, Pac will accept the testing, then Floyd will come up with another excuse or retire. Floyd has gotten under Manny's skin, but the thing is when you get under Manny's skin you make him fight even harder. **** just backfired on Mayweather, can't wait to watch Manny stomp on that ass. Mayweather must of forgot that Manny grew up in the slums, he's got that killer instinct you have to have to survive that kind of life. No amount of trash talking is gonna affect Manny mentally, it'll only drive him harder. Two words.........Boo Hoo! Floyd did not announce
who he was going to fight. He could have fought
any lesser threat and still got the same money like
he did with Marquez so don't act like he was force
to fight Mosley. When did Floyd EVER do what he didn't
want to do? He made a smart business decision and jumped
on an unfortunate opportunity. Floyd is about his paper
not sure Manny is because if he was, then he would not have
took a pay cut to fight someone that his team doesn't even
believe is a threat to him. Roach and Manny can't even stop
talking about Floyd eventhough Pac has a fight with Clottey
coming this Saturday. There is still a chance that Pac can
lose and then what? Pac gets paid less for losing to
a supposedly lesser opponent while Floyd could possibly
fight and beat Mosley for more money then make a rematch,
which would be even more money. Floyd is way smarter
than Pacquiao's whole team put together. Sorry Pac fans
but it is getting harder and harder to take up for this guy
to the point that even Pac is kicking himself for walking
away from the biggest fight of his career over a 14 day random
blood test? How could anyone cosign that? I guess only
the people that hate Mayweather. Talk about stans. Roach
and Pac know that they messed up but his fans don't seem
to get it.

You are missing the point. I agree that floyd got the upperhand in negotiations if they will fight pac. But you have to accept the fact that he got lucky. Without mosley, he will be fighting light welter weights or lightweights again.

I think you know that it's Dela Hoya's choice to fight at 147 right?
After a failed rematch with Floyd (because DLH wanted the bigger split) DLH went on to negotiate with Hatton who is a 140 pounder. But Hatton said he's not ready yet and needs couple of fights more. Then DLH went on saying he will fight the Margarito-Cotto winner...then Marg won...DLH did not want anything to do with Marg so he went on picking Pac and got criticized for it.

DLH wanted to prove he can make 147, and he did but got obsessed with it, he had a chance to rehydrate but did not bother to do it.

DLH also picked on Floyd and made him come up to 154...choose his gloves etc. Good thing Floyd got away with the SD. It should teach DLH to pick someone his own size. It hurts more when a smaller fighter beats you.

hello brother. as usual good post. BUT if im not mistaken it was in the contract that dlh could not rehydrate to his walking around wt. he had to wt 147 on fight night as well. and at his age he should not have been triing to fight at ww limit. had he fought at 154 the fight would have been more competative. i acutually thought dlh was going to defeat manny. i was wrong. and even at 154 i suspect manny would still beat dlh.
