Why not have a league for the shot fighters where they can still compete.

Two good things come out of it...

1) We all still get to see our favorite fighters at their best (think of the competition)
2) Once they move the the shot fighters legion, it will clear up a lot of room for the upcoming and promising stars...

I agree that in recent years the WBO title has been handed to older guys to contest. Johnny Nelson is the WBO champ at crusier and is nearly 40. Artur Georgian held the WBO lightweight title forever it seemed.
