This thread has been done before and it depends on how seriously he would take it. If he is treating the whole thing as a match for charity then yeah I would as I wouldn't expect him to go out trying to murder me.

If he was treating it like a world title fight then no, I wouldn't make it to round 4 I'd only succeed in getting seriously hurt.
