when your a trainer there are things you look for, mistakes trainers make so its hard for u guys to see what im sayin. one ofthe best way to know this is the pad system. when i see a trainer doin pads and what hands they usin, routine, etc tells me everything.

freddy makes a lot of mistakes. i know you guys will flip cuz everyone thinks hes the best trainer and blah blab. whatever. anyway, rogers pad system is the best in the sport. remember hatton was dissin it " oo i can do that for a fort-night"? then 3 months later hes learning it. anyway i believe his system is the best and i know what im lookin at.

but its not just pad systems either as to what makes the best trainer. you got to look at guys like beristein that have so many dam champions. dude knows what hes doing. next clear indicator is what they say during the rest. most important imo. Kevin Cunninghams instruction was top notch. THAT is what you want to hear from your corner---trust me

anyway floyd is good but would be no where as good if he didnt have the trainers he has. look at whos got the better track record and how they started.

but dont gauge rogers rest instruction like you would Kevin Cunningham's cuz he knows floyd for so long he doesnt have to get super techy. those two are synced.

Roger hasn't done **** other than train a self-trained fighter.

At this point Roger is useless to Floyd other than motivational support.

Roger's between rounds instructions are laughable.

I don't see any reason to think Roger is on the same level as Roach, Steward, Richardson.

The man is not even close.

You're right I forgot Beristain, Shields, and to a lesser degree McGirt.

****m is a personal opinion since I have great respect for the man and his work with the greatest old fighter in the world.
