Just watched the Urango-Alexander fight again.!

And that was one of the worst premature stoppages i've ever seen. Not that it would have made a difference but.... take another look.

agree with you, urango could have seen it out that round but i think alexander fought a great fight and will challenge anybody in the 140lbs division.

    Alexander-Bradley would be great

nah man, the look in Urango's eyes said it all. Letting the fight go on would have been for blood-lust only, no need for him to take further punishment.

I thought it was an early stoppage, but I hardly would call it "the worst"

It was too soon. But as stated in the 1st post, it wouldn't have changed the outcome. Knowing that keeps me from being angry about it. I give Alexander full credit.

I disagree, when a fighter gets put down like that and gets up jumping around, he is putting on a show to try and convince the ref is fine when he isn't. The fact Urango went right back down right after showed he was hurt and he was done.

Had the ref not stopped it he would be in a hospital right now. Jeez.

At the time I thought it was early but the ref took a good look at him so maybe he saw something?
