After Paulie, Amir is only getting one more chance.

Before I cut him lose and finally accept that he is the 140lb Sven Ottke.

Don't make me do it Amir, fight someone who is a real threat!

nah man why do that? Paulie is a real threat. Dont make it sound like he is not. Paulie is a slick fast fighter with great footwork. Amir has never faced this kind of fighter before. I'm fine if Amir beats him and fights another top 10 140 lber after this fight.

Amir is fighting a top 10 140 lber in Paulie.

Paulie is a decent name at 140. I don't see what the huge problem is with him not fighting Maidana. Most of the people complaining about that haven't even seen Maidana fight, and if they did then they'd be singing a different tune. The guy is the 140lb equivalent of Antonio Margarito, just with even less skill. I think Roach would find a way to dominate him and protect Khan's chin at the same time.

He even said that he plans on fighting Timothy Bradley after Malignaggi.

I don't mind if he fights Hatton, a fully prepared and motivated Hatton is more dangerous than Maidana imo.

Butt it has to be one of Hatton, Maidana, Bradley, Alexander, Ortiz and that's pretty much it, anyone else is handpicked pretty much

You were a big fan of Khan's. For you to think about turning your back on him just shows how much the antics around him and cherry picking has turned everyone off him. He won't be fighting any tough fighters in the next fight. On the third and last fight of the GBP contract we may see him fight Ortiz as this will be a big earner for Oscar but my guess is he will sign another contract and then the fight won't happen.
We hear a lot of talk about Khan fighting the best but talk is cheap. I don't see Khan in any dangerous fights for a long time. He can get away fighting soft touches and earning big money.
