The accusations are pretty baseless, but the simple blood tests asked of Pacquiao shouldn't really have been a problem for a professional athlete.

Take the tests, the accusations go away. Simple.

pac's taking blood test wasn't a problem it's just that he doesn't want to be interfere while in the middle of his heavy training. And pac was agreed to be tested right after the fight and 24 days before the fight.
