Can't Have It Both Ways, Either U Support Random DRUG Testing or U Don't!!!

did you read my past post...Im in favor in better testing but I want it done in a more efficient way to catch cheaters. So you support boxing having severely outdated testing policies, and in turn, being a notoriously dirty sport?
You can't have it both way. You can't support the idea of more stringent doping policies, yet support a fighter for ducking the testing policies you just claimed you supported.
I agree. Which proves my point that everyone needs to be testing and not just single out certain people
Honestly I never really followed games but caught news and highlights via ESPN. Yes the big hitters were doping, something I have never denied. Even though I don't follow the sport I know Petitite was another pitcher doping and several others its just that clemens was a big name, so you heard about him more than others.Do you even actually follow baseball?
McGuire, Sosa, Palmiero, Canseco, Bonds, Rodriguez...........do those names ring a bell? They were in fact big hitters and were all related to steroid use. I can only think of one pitcher who has been proven to be using and that's Clemens.
Shot that theory all to hell didn't I? Don't worry, I understand the need to back up your idols. It's natural. It's all good.
Pac stops Clottey too by the way.
The point of me bringing pitchers up is to prove that everyone was doping back then not just big hitters. My response was to the guy who wanted to only do OST in big events or for guys who people suspected of PED use. Honestly no one I know would ever suspect Petitte of using but he did. This is why everyone needs to be testing because its always who you least suspect
He obviously doesn't know what he's talking about. He's attempting to use Baseball of all sports to support his stance that "you can't suspect people without proof", when nearly every baseball player the general public suspected of using PED's was eventually ousted for their PED use.
nope...I never said "you can't suspect people without proof" when bringing up my baseball analogy. I brought that up to show that everyone needs to be tested because so many players were doping in baseball.
Outta curiousity why do you guys twist my words to fit an agenda?Comment

100 percent agree. i wouldn't support pac anymore if it was the commision and he refused, but it was his opponent and that same opponent and family aacused him of using roids with no evidence, which in my opinion was ridiculous.Comment

You're lack of comprehension of fundamental English language says otherwise.
So you support random blood testing as long as Pac isn't the person being tested?Comment

So you support random blood testing unless it involves Manny?did you read my past post...Im in favor in better testing but I want it done in a more efficient way to catch cheaters.

i am a dictionary
I support random blood testing, let's start with the entire mosley/floyd card and future gbp fights. then we can move to change the commissions.Comment

How do you know if the level of EPO in a person is normal or abnormal...especially since every person is different?
Increased levels of EPO does give you more stamina due to the domino effect it has. When the body detects a low level of oxygen intake, the kidney produce more of the substance (EPO) which goes to the bone marrow, which leads to more RBC which equals better oxygen intake (in a nutshell). It aint the epo that is giving u more stamina, it is the effects of it. elevated hct/RBCs. That is measured by the hct level. a simple blood test called a complete blood count. u take epo, u increase RBC production.
as far as hormone levels, its common medical knowledge that there is a certain range that humans have on a given basis. Anything above or below the norm would get a second look for the etiology. it aint rocket science, its medicine.
yes you can tell by a complete blood count but if you don't have nothing to compare it with, then it will be hard to tell if someone is doping (if done proper). So many things can cause you to have an elevated HCT/RBC especially when you try to go off of what is being done in training camp. For example, running in high altitudes (which is why boxers do this) or using an oxygen stimulater (like what Ward and Chambers use) will get you the same benefits of blood doping and EPO use.
So how do you determine in a short time what is natural and what is unnatural. I'm just saying it is very easy to beat some random test that are done during a training camp vs. being tested year round or even as soon as the contracts are signed. This is why I say they are ineffective because testing over the course of a month or two is very easy to beat.Comment

I can't believe you asked me this. Its almost as if you haven't read a thing I posted and your only trying to flame.
Let me give you a scenario so you will understand my stance. Let's say this becomes a standard in boxing and is implemented by the commission (something Im in favor of). If all boxers are required to do this and Manny refuses, Not only would I never support a Manny fight, I will be one of the boxing fans leading the protest for him to never be licensed again.Comment

And, that would be the stance for everybody who cares about the sport.I can't believe you asked me this. Its almost as if you haven't read a thing I posted and your only trying to flame.
