Testing was not at the level it is now when she got away with it, like many others got away with it. That was in 2000, its 2010. Testing is at such a higher level now. But of course people still get away, its a cat and mouse game, the roids get better the test get better.

Honestly...steroids aren't hard to catch....it's PED for various reasons. I am by no means an expert, but I can list several ways to beat the OST, just from my knowledge on the subject. Bottom line not only does pressure need to be put on the commission...but also Testing organizations like WADA and others because there are more effective ways to catch people but they aren't doing much to speed up the process of getting them implemented.

I haven't seen many people say it should be implemented in one fight and not another, if people have said that then its wrong, fighters should follow the commision rules and nothing else, if floyd wanted it implemented he went about it the wrong way. You can argue that pac should have just agreed and get on with it, but no one is him, you don't know what is going on in his head. He is a pretty important person in the phillipines maybe there are people in his ear saying he shouldn't be dictated to, no one knows the situation!

Is he using? I would say its a possibiltiy, but as of today no one knows for sure except for manny pacquiao. You guys should relax because I think it will become clear in the future, instead of going in circles. Fact is even if random drug testing is used it is not 100% they would catch him anyway, probably not even 75%, olympic athletes have beaten drug tests for years without getting caught, and im sure there are a number who never got caught, im sure floyd is well aware of this, so what do you think that also says about his agenda? I think there is more to this then just knowing if pac is clean or not.

why would i care if they did or didn't do a testing i consider meaningless due to the way they are doing it? might aswell be testing for which soda they drink for all the worth the tests are.

Unless the tests are year around they are pointless.

I think Pacquiao should have taken the test. Not because I think he was on steroids or anything. I just think he should have taken the tests because Mayweather compromised with most things on the contract so Pac should have too. Now through his refusal of that Pacquiao hurt his public image by himself.

Mayweather should also demand random blood testing for all of his next fights so he can be consistent on his claims that he is "cleaning up the sport."

I have several reason as to why

1. This needs to be implemented across the board with all the commissions adopting them. All fights should have this and all fighters should have to undergo testing, instead of singling out certain fighters.

2. These test aren't effecient for various reason (I can list them if you like). WADA and others need to step there game up and these test need to be done right and in order to actually clean the sport up.

Until several things happen, then these test are nothing more than a waste of everyone's time (due to be ineffecient), which is why I don't feel that boxers undergo the testing Floyd wants.
