in any state.!!!
and i will give you 50k
Mayweather has never used xylocaine for a fight.
Xylocaine is legal in every state and under all drug testing agencies.
wada,usda,etc. a week before fights
If Pacquiao doesnt want to take a drug test for 40 million dollars.
EVEN If NSAC make random drug testing a requirment.
Better believe Pacquiao will not fight in Neveda
If anything is clear from all of this, is that he does not want to take a RANDOM drug test.
Hell he doesnt want to test at all...Thats why he is probably fighting in Texas

In fact, can you show any evidence where Floyd has used it on the day of the fight? At least have a coherent debate to your bias with Manny.
If Floyd backed out of the negotiations because of the outrageous $10,000,000 weight penalty, would you say Manny was being unreasonable? There are severe double standards here-they don't make you look reasonable, they make you look like a sheepish follower...

****ING PLAIN AND SIMPLE. MAJORITY OF HIS FANBASE OPERATES LIKE A CULT.
Manny had no problem "bullying" Floyd into catering to every whim and desire (that would exclusively benefit Manny, not BOTH fighters, in a fight) with the negotiations.
In fact,Manny usually has issues over money when it comes to negotiations-but now it is against strict randomized blood testing for PED's (just look at his last several fight negotiations-there has always been some drama with Pacquiao),but since Floyd catered to him on everything-a smaller ring size, smaller gloves, money split, (this all shows that Manny wanted advantages with glove size-he believes smaller gloves will magnify his power- and a ring size that Floyd would have to abandon a more evasive style-both in Manny's favour),they had to throw out a LARGE detouring penalty amount-the largest in history-especially considering Floyd has never went above the welter weight limit in his welter fights and if he went over the WW limit-this fight would not be allowed anyways-penalty or not!!!
When Manny's team couldn't scare Floyd away with all of these demands that would favour Manny, then they ran away with the drug testing excuse and tried to make a lawsuit of it (yet this could be more a publicity stunt,as Manny's lawyer is NOT a specialist with defamation/libel cases).Instead of negotiating further,Manny and Arum ran away and signed a fight that they felt would get Manny used to a right handed counter-puncher,as he has only fought left handed fighters until 5 fights ago!!! It is obvious that Manny needed time to practice and get used to a style that made him look absolutely horrible and he nearly lost against (he lost 2 times against Marquez imo and Freddie Roach had expressed concern about such a soon fight date, because he wanted plenty of time to train against a style like Floyd-in his words)...yet somehow these idiots seem to think Floyd is scared to fight Manny (a guy who is a pattern fighter)...
A few questions people need to ask themselves to find out who ran/ducked this fight-
1-who signed a fight FIRST after the negotiations were deteriorating?
2-who wanted the longer time to train for a certain style they looked bad against previously?
3-COULD the requests Manny made (smaller gloves for a WW fight, smaller ring size, $10,000,000 weight penalty against someone who never exceeded the weight limit in a ww fight) be perceived as ways to detour Floyd from a March fight???
IMO,it looks like they tried to scare Floyd out of taking a fight with Manny, and when they couldn't achieve this, then they ran away-in fact, they were looking at (and talking to other fighters) other fighters to fight WHILE still in "serious" negotiations with Floyd. You don't have to be a genius to see what has went on.Last edited by damned1974; 03-12-2010, 02:24 AM.
