Devon Alexander worked behind the jab all night, aveaging 45 thrown per round. He landed 45% of his power shots but never hurt Juan Urango until the final pair of uppercuts in round eight. Did Alexander get hit with too many Urango right hooks? Maybe, but they made him fight harder. As his punch output increased in rounds six and seven. Urango had never been KO’d in 25 fights, going the distance with Berto, Hatton and outlasting ****er Randall Bailey. [Click Here To Read More]

Kid is better than I though he was. He averaged around 70 punches per round, didn't hold, didn't look tired or like he was gonna get tired, and his punches were crisp until the end.
He did what a bigger Berto and prime Hatton couldn't do against Urango. They had to really hug the **** out of Urango and if they didn't I'm 100% sure they wouldn't have done as good as Alexander did. -
Wow, the numbers for Alexander are impressive, averaging around 50 jabs per round and being judicious with his power shots. Alexander hit Urango with enough of those uppercuts through rounds 1 to 6 that the flush one he caught in 8 was the straw that broke the camels back, Alexander showing he has the skills, poise, speed and accuracy to be a tough prospect for anyone in the division.Comment
