I don't think he would even consider doing that for a second. He might throw a few safe jabs to get Toney to come out but he would go for the take-down the first chance he got.
If he did stand and trade though, he would get battered about.

IMO he's gonna try to take down Toney immediately, if he's successful, he's gonna really put it on him and make JT tired.

After that, I can see him standing up with an exhausted Toney and possibly win exchanges, which would be an embarrassment.

I could see Coture beating Toney standing if he pushes him against the cage and proceeds to clinch/dirty box him; but I don't think Randy would try and stand in the middle of the cage and straight up try to outbox Toney
