nah Urangos chin is fine and one punch wont ruin a career. tell that to all the lennox lewis fans and theyll eat you alive [cuz tyson got 'em first]

its a series of hard punches that do residual damage. not just one.

Devon's not that kinda puncher. Bailey softened him up. Do yourselves a favor and watch the fight. The single KD shot was tremendous, but he (Bailey) caught Urango with plenty of them right hands throughout the fight. Prior to Bailey, Urango had never been down. Big time punchers ruin fighters. Yes Urango won that fight, but he took some damaging shots that I believe reduced his ability to take a shot. It's common boxing knowledge, fighters suffer from long term damage after receiving concussive shots like the punches Bailey landed on Urango. Roy has never been the same after the Tarver KO. Marquez chin has been suspect after the first Manny fight. Vargas never recovered from the Tito fight. Hearns chin was reduced to crackers after the Hagler TKFO. I can go on and on with examples. It's been studied. Fighters suffer from long term damage after concussive shots and beatdowns.

Had nothing to do with Bailey. That uppercut would've KO'd anyone at 140. Even though Urango was dropped and hurt badly, he was never knocked out. I can't see many fighters get up and be ready to carry on fighting after being hit with such a devastating uppercut that he never saw coming.

Naw that had nothing to do with the Baily fight. That was just a PERFECTLY time uppercut....doesn't get any better than that.

And Urango is a puncher; when punchers get timed, with their feet planted ready to bomb, they get bombed themselves. Funny KD by the way, that uppercut looked like it took both of Urango's feet off the canvas str8 up before he fell down, lol.

Devon Alexander... WOW. The kid looks big for the weight class, never realized his size until I seen him in there with Juan Urango last night. He's not HUGE, but he can definitely make the move to Welter. Great chin... Urango caught him clean with big time punches and he took them very well. Said he was never hurt, granted I think he seen most of Urango's slow bombs, giving him the "brace" time to receive the shots well. Big time win for Devon last night, moves him into the top 5 in a STACKED division IMO.

Can't wait to see these guys get it on over the next couple years...

I love how you morons quickly bring in examples of other fights that are completely irrelevant in an attempt to support your argument. Bailey is a one punch KO artist, and he did some major damage to Juan with that shot. If it was anyone else he would have put them to sleep. Juan's got a good beard, but it took some long term damage from that single Bailey bomb.
I have been a fan of boxing since the beginning of time. you are a "newbie" who just joined because of one fighter "pac" LOL

torrez has VICIOUS KO power and he caught cotto with it which had him eventually down in the fight. cotto got up and finished him just like urango did bailey. STYLES MAKE FIGHTS ret@rd. in the Margarito fight margo never caught him with one shot that rocked cotto to that extent (it was many punches) he never put cotto down. but going by your logic since torrez rocked cotto so badly he should have been rocked that badly by each future opponent?

                      ****ING moron.

                      styles simply make fights.
