no he is saying clottey is a tough fighter who wont be easy for pac which is true. only idiots on this site who have an agenda or casual fans who only know a fighter if he has a 24-7 show think that clottey is some kind of a journeyman who has no chance and isnt a good fighter.

Clotty is going to be a very hard test for pacquiao.Clotty's guard is too good. Its not going to be wise for pacquiao to trade with him.He needs to stick and move and win a decision.

Yeah man, before the De La Hoya fight, they were suppose to fight each other. That would have probably been like Hagler Hearns IMHO, or close to it. I'm not sure how friendly they are to each other but they have been talking trash to each other. Yeah I know, Pacquiao talking trash. It was more documented in the Philippines news, I think he called all of Valero's opponents before as tricycle drivers or something.
But then I think Pacquiao invited Valero to his 30th birthday, with Bob Arum's pushing albeit, to join Top Rank's stable. With some promises along the lines of, if Pacquiao doesn't retire beforehand and Valero builds his name enough by then that Pacquiao will fight Valero. I think that covers it all.

                    Valero was there

Yes sir. Valero was at the 30th birthday of Manny Pacquiao. Arum brought him along because he was testing the market if there is something good posibility of selling the fight to the public.
