WOW you actually compared Gamboa to Pac SMH. Gamboa is more like Roy jones. I really don't know, but I think boxing is in alright hands with our future stars.

I think the Valero/Pacquiao comparison is fairly obvious.
As for Floyd, there are a couple people who may be able to take that role but we'll have to see who rises to the top and who faulters as they step up in class. The fighters I'm thinking of are Andre Ward, Guillermo Rigondeaux (who could be just as good as Floyd if not better if he fully adapts to the pro game judging by his amateur career), Andre Dirrell or even as someone said earlier, Timothy Bradley, although I personally have my reservations about that pick.

BTW, Valero isn't anything special, i'm really not buying into the Valero hype

The true champ is the one who comes back stronger.

His defense is a little bit worrying but he has great instincts and reflexes and also is very quick on his feet so there's definitely room to grow there.
I honestly believe he would beat Timothy Bradley if they were to fight now - providing he looks deadly as ever against Peterson.
As for Rigondeaux, I've been watching as much of his amateur fights as possible lately and he's fucking amazing - a complete boxer. We just have to see how he deals with adversity and hope he has enough time in his career to achieve everything he should do.

there will be no next pacquiao or floyd (maybe another floyd if there's a superstar fighter who successfully reaches #2 p4p and ducks top fighters too)
