Are you even remotely aware of what the tests entail? Obviously not. It's a tablespoon of blood. Pacquiao bleeds more than that even in fights he wins.

Look, Floyd didn't design the tests. But you know that; you and other Pacquiao fans are merely making lame excuses; which is fine. Just know that everyone not on Pacquiao's di(k knows that you're full of ****.

The US Anti-Doping Agency designed the tests with the approval of the World Anti-Doping Agency. People have passed the tests before, but these test actually catch world class athletes.

You Pacquiao fans are fond of pointing out that Shane Mosley has used PEDs. You are also fond of pointing out that Manny Pacquiao has never failed a test issued by a boxing commission. Want to know something TRUE BEYOND A RESONABLE DOUBT? Shane Mosley has NEVER failed a PED test issued by a boxing commission either.

Do you know how we know Shane Mosley took PEDs? The FBI investigation that caught Barry Bonds, Jason Giambi, etc happened to find Shane Mosley on the client list as well. So, FBI agent had Mosley testify and he admitted that he used as well. So, Mosley was caught by accident and because federal agents exhausted their resources looking to catch Barry Bonds. Imagine what would happen if some federal agents in the Philippines were to do the same looking for Manny Pacquiao.
