Shut up, Pacquiao. You and your camp backed out of the fight first. It was in Floyd's contract to ask for that type of testing. He agreed to your ridiculous 10 million dollars per pound penalty request, and you did everything to declined his. Only your nuthugging Pacfarts will accept your excuses. I've said it before and i'll say it again, i don't think that Manny is on steroid, but it's crystal clear that he wasn't prepared to fight Floyd.

I think Floyd is not ready to face Pac and he needs more time for promotion.

Floyd needed a tune up fight in Sugar Shane. Marquez was just sparring. Pacman came off a couple of tough warriors that he dominated. Floyd would get hurt late in the fight without the mosley fight.

I agree with pac, floyd wasn't yet ready to face pac. But floyd shouldn't use the drug testing excuse to get out of the fight, he can say to the public that he want's the fight to get bigger by fighting shane and wouldn't be so shameful in the public eyes.

It was in part of his contract to ask for it, and Pac and his camp had no problem with it at first. I don't know why they backed out of it, and wanted their own schedule date. Floyd agreed to his 10 million dollars weight penalty request, and Pac declined Floyd's request. When Floyd offered that two weeks recovery request in which most of Pac fans agreed was a fair offer, Pac still declined and moved on to fight the journey man Joshua Clottey. Most of the Pac fans and few Pacfarts agreed that Floyd's 14 days request was more than fair, but as soon as they heard their Hero rejected it, they blamed the whole thing on Floyd.

Pac punked out of the fight. Gave up 40 million dollars to fight for 7 million. Refused drug testing, cause of his fear of needles, but has tatoos. Given a 14 day window on the tests, and still refused the offer. Pacquiao is a great fighter, but he knows if he's exposed on the PED's, HIS people will never forgive him, let alone will he be able to win any kind of political position in his native land!!!!

Only people on recording alluding to needing more time is Pac's side.

                    1.
“If it’s Mayweather, we need time to get ready for that fight. We have to come out with a real different style. It’s a whole different ballgame,” - Roach.

                    2.
“The Mayweather fight is the fight the world wants to see,” Roach said. “It’s going to be the biggest pay-per-view fight of all time. But I think we will fight one fight before that.”

Roach said that Pacquiao’s schedule will be constructed around his political ambitions and the elections in the Philippines on May 10. “But there is a March date for him to fight,” Roach said. “People think I am crazy but I want him to win his eighth title against Yuri Foreman at 154lb. That’s my idea — then fight Mayweather in September. And then retire.”

                    3.
And Mayweather is not that one that has invited similar style fighters as Pac to camp to train with already. (Steve Forbes)

Pacquiaos team agreed to testing but made demands that they thought Mayweather would turn down, when Mayweather accepted those demands they had no choice but to decline the testing to get out of the fight. Pacquiao ducked Mayweather.
