Rahman is still one of the best operators in the heavyweight division when he's well prepared, he's still got one of the best jabs out there and is very strong, with a very dangerous right hand, as lennox lewis knows
He lost to Cliff Etienne and Charrles Shufford and Golota has lost every major fight he's ever been involved in.
Brewster and Wlad should rematch next.
If Wlad expects to be taken seriously again, he should win that fight.
If Brewster has improved he should beat Wlad again.
IMO this is the only fight out there for both of them now.
....I can't believe I'm saying this, but great call BOZO!!! I was thinking the same thing and I was gonna make a thread about it. Brewster is better now than he was when he and Wlad fought the first time. Wlad is better conditioned and seems to have his confidence back. This is a fight I would pay alot to see and they are both hooked up with HBO right now. I bet HBO makes this fight happen. Vitali is busy in September and I think Brewster should give Wlad a shot at his title while he is waiting for Vit. Either Wlad steps up and joins the fray again and puts a beating on Brewster or Lamon takes him out, Wlad retires, and then it sets up Brewster/Vitali.
Then according to you, Vitali Klitschko couldn't crack glass.
Lewis had an average chin, but made up for it with other things, and avenged his losses.
Corrie Sanders had an average chin, and was blown away in two rounds by Nate Tubbs. A 40 year old Sanders (out of shape) was then able to go 8 rounds with Vitali, who was never able to put him down.
That discussion was OVER LONG AGO. Lets not open up a new can of worms...

It's just too bad that doesn't translate into actual wins when it matters.
Reccent wins over Meehan and Al Cole don't prove anything. Prior to the 5 low callibur wins he just racked up, he lost to Ruiz and Holyfield. Before beating Lewis, he was knocked out out by Maskiev.
Rahman has potential, but it's a rare occasion that does him any good in a significant fight.

Absolutely. Nobody can discredit that from him. The division is so convoluted, that nobody is a clear favorite. In My opinion....the two best heavyweights are Wlad and Brewster. And that is solely in my opinion.
Nobody is a "clear" favorite....because there is not one. People may be looking for one...but he does not exist yet, because the top fighters never make attempts to fight eachother. The whole matter is based on approval for the fighter himself.
Its obvious though....by the way people post on here....the conscensus is: Vitali is King. He is clearly not! damn it.
