    Rodrigo Guerrero impressed me

I hope i spelled his name right, but anyways that kid fought with so much heart it made me remember why i loved this sport to begin with even in a loss i was very impressed by the kid, with the right trainers he could be special.Vic on the other hand looked sloppy as **** and will get koed again by Nonito Donaire.

You got a good point, he only had 14 pro fights, and he went 12 with Vic.

Yes, I too was very impressed with him....take all things in consideration; He has only had 15 fights and like 30 Amatuer fights I believe, it was his first fight in the U.S, he is very young, he was fighting a monster at that weight, he was getting hit with everything and he never , ever gave up even when his cornered asked him to be honest.Mijares, Pacheco, Maldonado, Gorrez, Arce, Kirilov, and Rojas were all all KTFO(well Gorrez was not stopped but dropped) by Darchy and those are all world-class opponents!!Yet this youngster wasn't even hurt?

And I loved how Darchy was running from the kid in round 12, Darchy was running from someone?Think about it.....Guerrero IMHO can go on to be a special fighter with the right trainer, he has the physical assets too be a good lanky type of boxer.Hi's corner didn't seem to have a real solid plan TBH, with the right trainer and some more experience he can go places

ehh, tough as nails but i didnt see much in terms of skill.
he couldve used a jab or feints instead of repeatedly trying to lead with the straight right.
if he takes extended beatings like that hes not long for the fight game.

hell of a beard though. hes like the mini librado andrade.

i see that he also has barrera in his corner though, so that can only be a positive.

his chin is impressive, but his boxing skills are mediocre to poor.

hopefully he doesn't become braindead after the fight. he took some hellacious shots.

They were brutal werent they, but anyways with only 45 fight between the ams and pros he has a lot he could still learn, give this kid to nacho bernstein and i have a feeling he could eventually compete for another title.
