do you think it will reach 3mill PPV??

the May 1st fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Shane Mosley fails to pick up interest from Hispanic boxing fans, will this fight be able to reach the 3 million pay-per-view mark that Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer has predicted for it?

Who cares about Hispanics. Whites are the ones who buy the most PPV.

I honestly think it'll do between 10-20m, because everyone watching it on the internet has to pay their ISP for the bandwidth. Might not cost 49.95, but still PPV.

HBO PPV is what we're talking about here.

It'll prob do around 1.6 - 1.7 buys, it's an interesting fight but not interesting enough for me to buy it and invite all my mates over to watch. Prob just ignore the forums that day and download it to watch a little later rather than squint at a crappy stream.

If Shane V Mayweather isn't interesting enough to buy then I don't know what would be. It's arguably the best PPV fight in 10-12 years.
