i also think he is right when he says he is the best right now.
pacquiao gets so much credit for beating not fully-rehydrated fighters, he probably even needs steroids to beat them.

pacquiao fights u only under this conditions :

- weight drained

- no bloodtest

- no other extra demands, but he is allowed to

anything else is not acceptable for team pacroid.

i dont think he deserves to be rated over floyd.
