I think Bradley beats him, I don't know if Bradley would put a beating on him or win easily. But, I think Bradley wins. IMO he is the best at 140.

I don't think it's as clear cut as you make it sound, Alexander's a very good boxer But I would favour Bradley. Bare in mind though Bradley has 6 fights more experience than Devon. If I was Devon I'd take a couple more fights before taking on Bradley.

yeah i think bradley beats devon too , there was nothing i was overly impresed with about devon until he stopped urango but still it was a good performance against a tough opponent and we have pretty clear No 1 and No 2 jr ww's now

This can't be overlooked. But I said it before this fight took place that him versus Bradley would be a much tougher fight. Its going to be hard for anyone to beat Bradley at 140. But I'm going with Devon when they fight of course.
