he's underated because he's fighting pac now, but if this fight was hypothetical i can assured you that this people who underrates him will overrates him and will say that clottey will ko pac, pac didn't face this kind of fighter etc.. that just shows how this haters was tying so hard to put down pac if ever he wins this fight.
