pac would probably beat any cotto style oponent in history, if he fought prime chavez hed knock him out.

the question is can he do it against guys who dont come at him in straight lines, stand right in front of him, are flat footed and rely on power rather than speed.

There's no way to tell what goes on in a fighter's training camp unless you're there 24/7. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if the majority of top boxers were on some form of illegal PED. Are competitive sports, especially boxing, supposed to be some model of honesty and integrity?

PEDs help but obviously they're no cure all. Guys like Hatton and Cotto could've taken all sorts of drugs but that only does so much when you're leaving openings that a super-fast and accurate guy like Pacquiao can exploit.
