Erik's comeback saddens me. He will accomplish nothing other than making a bit of money, which I'm guessing is the driving force of his comeback. But he simply can't be elite anymore. Better for him to stay retired. I'll be upset if he were to get hurt. Making weight is enough of a problem, after that he still has to fight.

Morales is shot and was shot in his last fight with Pacawakka. He needs to retire and hand his hat for good. Please Erik!!!

He should've stayed retired, he might need the money but he might get hurt as well, we know he was an all-action fighter.

He will never find an easier more winnable title fight than the Diaz fight.

Arum bought off the judges in that fight because he knew Erik was on his way out and needed to get some attention for Diaz. He was ****ed over, but he should just fall back, he's done. If he was training hard and in great shape I would have given him a decent chance at beating decent opponents.

But he's not serious about it and he's not even trying to learn new tricks. He thinks he'll be the Erik of old doing the same thing he use to.

I'm pretty sure him and Hatton have the same problems outside of boxing with weight.

Eric should have just stayed home, counted his money, and maybe open up a gym and train kids or something like that if he is bored and wants something to do.

He was a great fighter and I have memories of some of the classics he has had but how many times have we seen someone way past it comeback and get beaten badly by someone that he would have schooled in his prime.

I wish him the best and hope he doesn't get seriously hurt.
