Xylocaine: It's a DRUG. It helps Floyd's hand from feeling pain so it is an ENHANCEMENT. It does help Floyd's PERFORMANCE.

The point is very simple. If Floyd says that he wants to clean up the sport from cheating. Then he should start with himself first.

He wants it at the same level of playing field. I don't think this is the same playing field if he has to take this drug.

I dont think it enhances his performance. I think it simply allows him to perform. Its just like a football player getting shot up before the game. It doesnt make him better one bit. It just allows him to get on the field. He's still the same speed, power, and everything
