Did you make this up? Floyd has taken hard shots before. Oscar caught him with a great right hook late in the fight. Corley and Juudah caught him. Hernandez caught him. If he couldnt take a shot he would have 4 losses by now.
He didnt trade with JMM because he doesnt trade with anyone. Its not his style. Why would he fight in a way that decreases his chances of winning? I feel he needed the rounds with to get over the layoff. To keep things in perspective Shane has been off for a while but in the last 2 years Floyd has boxed 12 rounds and Shane has boxed 44 rounds.
Shane doesnt have the skill to time anyone. Not since he was a light weight. He couldnt even time Cottos left and right hands and he was outboxed for most parts of that fight.
