Imagine for a moment if you will that Oscar DelaHoya does indeed go back down to 147 pounds. LEts say he fights Rivera for a piece of the pie and wins...ok are you with me. LEts also say that KT decideds that to be undisputed at 140 and 147 would be a special accomplishement and gets a crack at Corey Spinks...hmmm, you see where I am going with this.

So KT annihilates Corey Spinks and is probably set on retirement because every goal he has set out for has been accomplished, well except the goal of making a overly huge pay day. OScar vs. KT for the undisputed Welterweight championship of the world.

I like both fighters a lot, I believe KT could actually hurt Oscar. Oscar would be able to easily land against KT...I think it is an incredibly difficult fight too predict...I see Oscar obviously putting some rounds in the bank early but KT's constant pressure would probably begin to wear on Oscar
(although Oscar's vaunted late round fade has really not reared it's head at 147, except the Tito fight and I don't know how much of that was a fade). Maybe OScar would become a world beater at 147 and can hurt KT more than I think he can...

I would be very curious to hear what everyone thinks about a OSCAR V. KT matchup...that is a fight that I would love to see and a fight that I would be torn over!

tito never landed a clean shot though.... And pound for pound, im not sure who hits harder, kostya or tito. kostya is much more skilled than tito, and a totally different style. ill talk zoo by late stoppage.

Oscar would win, as long as it's natural for him to go back to 147. He's used to facing bigger foes, & not exactly dudes who can't fight.

You make a dream fight between Tszyu & Tito at 147, & Trinidad would destroy Tszyu.

I agree completey that Tito would destroy KT, KT would have to reinvent his defense which would be nearly impossible, Tito would most likely go down early but the left hooks would begin adding up and taking there tole, no doubt.

I think if Oscar does go down to 147 he will get Spinks, if Corey has his option KT or Oscar there is no doubting who he would choose. Where the fight may take place is if Oscar beats Spinks and KT is looking for one more fight before he retires...KT could probably make more money in that fight then he has in his last 10...or more. So OScar v. Spinks is more likely...then KT maybe a possibility.
