Mosley will either loose by being too aggressive (check hook), being to relaxed (pot shot), or become physically drained toward later rounds...

Shane is more likely to get overly aggressive and catch a check left. Your chin can be made of steel but if you get caught with a good punch you didn't see coming, you're going down, at least stunned.

But you can always ask if Mosley will land a left hook the way he landed on Mayorga. Cus that was a KTFO kinda hook and Mayorga is a giant welter weight.
