Lucian Bute beats everyone in the Super Six

I am not sure if he can beat every single one because styles makes fights. But, IMO he is the best SMW in the World.

Bute would get dominated from bell to bell by Ward. Ward is too quick and too elusive for Bute who would be hitting air all night or being tied up. I also think Butes style would play into Dirrells hands, I believe it could come down to who was the most athletic and the who the quickest and I believe Dirrell wins both those contests. Bute kind of reminds me of a watered down Calzaghe and Kessler gave Calz some problems so I call that one a toss up. Abraham is a beast and would eventually land something and put Bute down for the count(whether it be long or not). Froch has a good chin and can take a punch which he would be doing all night in a UD loss to Bute. I havent seen enough of Green to make an intelligent prediction and my boy Taylor should retire he had a good run, a lot better run than most, and I don't want to see him get KOd anymore..

id give ward,dirrell,abraham and kessler (depending on what he has left) a good chance of beating him

i feel some people are over-rating him slightly

He has a good chance against anyone of the super six but is not the overwelming favorite imo. There are a lot of excelent fighters in that tournament

i think bute's done great with what he has. he's a pretty basic fighter with pretty basic skills. i don't like his odds against ward abraham or froch. dirrell might decision him but the other three could beat him down imo.

I've seen pretty much every fight of Bute, and in 3 of them I was at the Bell Center to watch it live. I have to say that Andre Ward would beat Bute with ease. Abraham could win but with a lot of difficulty. For the rest, I take Bute to win.

Like I've said at numerous times, to me Andre Ward is the future of the category

Yup. No doubt about it. Froch is one of most overrated fighters, in the world today. He was behind on the scorecards against Taylor and was given the gift decision of his life against Dirrell.

I'm not too big on Kessler but I'm hoping he knocks Froch out.
