"Cleaning up the sport" means that all fighters should be drug free and Floyd should also be held accountable to a "higher standard"

Do you see this fight in Texas still happening?
nope, floyd will not agree to fight outside the nevada, he knew he can't train without those xylocaine.

So what? Seven of Pac's last eight fights have been in Vegas...I wonder why? Oh wait, I know...They pay the best and the Nevada tax incentives are better than most other places.

I think Floyd would agree to fight in Dallas if Pacquiao agreed to testing. If he doesn't, I would be baffled.

And I don't know why people see Xylocaine as a big issue. Floyd is not known for being a big puncher, he doesn't KO people on a regular basis. Hell some people think he punches fairly soft for a WW. So why care about Xylocaine?
Cotto fought Pac in Vegas. Would you fight in Texas if you saw your opponent's promoter sitting in the owner's luxury box with the owner of the stadium and George W Bush? I sure as hell wouldn't. Texas does not exactly have a good rep for handing out fair decisions (Whitaker-Chavez, Malignaggi-Diaz 1) in the first place. I would not be comfortable that certain influences had not been exercised on my opponent's behalf.

Agree with you on the Xylocaine issue. It does not make you bigger, it does not make you faster or improve your stamina. It is used to prevent injury during training and tested for on fight night. Any attempt to equate it with steroids or other PED's is a stretch.

I don't understand why pacfans always talk about fighting in Dallas when Pacquaio himself said he didn't was to fight in Texas and would rather fight in Vegas
