We should put the whole postponement topic to a rest.

AA pulled out of the Marquez fight really late as he was sick due being weight drained @ 160lbs. Dirrel might have injured his back in sparring. Even if he did not: the fight has moved to a bigger location, so that's a plus from my side.

Abraham had his first fight in front of a hometown crowd in Berlin so it's fair that Dirrel gets a fight in front of his fans. Furthermore there are enough seats for every Armenian who's willing to travel all the way to Detroit.

Dirrel is simply a bad style matchup for the King but I nevertheless hope that he can pull off the win. In case Abraham loses, I'm still confident that he can knock out Froch due the Englishman's questionable defence and make it into the semifinals. Froch vs. Abraham should be a barn burner and there's nothing better to make a name for yourself than fighting abroad in front of a hostile crowd and knocking your opponent out.

I'm really hyped up for Dirrel vs. Abraham, bring it on!

Taylor easily outboxed Froch before he gassed. Abraham outboxed Taylor. Dirrell will be a more difficult fight for Abraham, but to say he's not a better boxer than Froch, or that he doesn't have a much tighter defence than Froch has, is ridiculous. And his handspeed is not dependent on who his opponent is. You either have fast hands or you don't. Abraham has fast hands. Froch does not. End of story.

Funny that Dirrell is accusing Froch of dirty tactics, even though I think he won Dirrell was running and holding before Froch ever fought dirty.

This is the most intriguing fight of the second round, no question. Funny to see Abraham, who has such a great knockout record, say he doesn't really think knockout he just thinks WIN.
